New quarrying permit awarded for Stucks limestone quarry in Gotland

On 25 May 2011 the Swedish environment court approved SMA Mineral's application for a new quarrying permit at Stucks limestone quarry in Gotland.

The new permit covers a total volume of 30 million tons of limestone deliveries over 15 years. SMA Mineral has invested considerable amounts to ensure that limestone mining is conducted in harmony with the important water and environmental resources in northern Gotland.

The limestone quality at the Stucks quarry and its geographical location is unique. The award of the permit is very good news for SMA Mineral's customers and employees!
